You Must Be Kidding: Peanut Butter with WHAT?

When my siblings and I were little ones mother used to fix us this odd peanut butter sandwich combination, and even today we all still love it. Here it is: PEANUT BUTTER WITH MAYONNAISE AND ICEBERG LETTUCE! (Peanut butter spread on one slice of bread, then mayonnaise spread on top of that, add lettuce and the top slice of bread - oh yum! It got me thinking - I wonder how many other CES chefs out there have odd takes on peanut butter sandwiches. Do you have one?
