oatmeal

I haven't tried oatmeal. The other key component that I do cook with is my microwave. I cook tons of veggies in Hefty Zip Slider bags because I prefer almost mushy veggies and have found that all I have to do is wash and cut veggies to the size desired and zip them into a bag that I poke holes into and it is instant! Asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli in 5-10 minutes! I use the NuWave to roast brussels spouts and love potatoes and yams when I have 45 minutes to spare. Oatmeal I would not know how to do as it requires water. Maybe in a covered oven proof casserole? Let me know if you figure it out!
