I have a taco & chicken question!

Hello! I just purchased the Nuwave Infared oven pro and i am so excited! I looked through the cookbook and I see a picture of tacos on the cover but I do not see a recipe on how to make tacos(beef) on this. Does anyone know how? Also, I heard you can air fry on here, so I'm trying to figure out how? Thank you !!
