Is Turkey bacon really kosher?

I need some advice. I have a friend who is an orthodox Jew, and she told me that Turkey bacon is NOT kosher, as we are not to eat the fat. Can someon please confirm this? I have eaten kosher for quite a while, and I just started a few weeks ago to eat turkey bacon from oscar meyer, as it tasted good. I fo not want disobey hashem. So I need confirmation either way. Thanks

Some turkey bacon is kosher and some is not; some brands have a pork casing.

Where do you buy such a thing? I have never seen it, in a kosher supermarket.
