Hi to all.
I thought it would be fun and supportive to talk with others who are avoiding both gluten and dairy. I'm always looking for recipes and substitutes for the foods I used to eat and enjoy, and I am willing to share my own personal discoveries with anyone who's interested.
I have a binder in which I've been collecting wheat-free and dairy-free
recipes for a few years now. Have any of you found any gluten-free, dairy-free products on the market that you really like?

My family and myself all avoid gluten and dairy. I have a blog where I have my recipes organized also: angelaskitchen.com I would love to exchange info and recipes with others with what has worked for them and products others use, etc.
We don't get a lot of preprepared GF food (due mainly to cost - yikes! and flavor) but we do like Bob's Red Mill GF flours. I like the fineness of the grind and that I can get a variety of GF whole-grain flours from them. We also like Tinkyada pasta for a pre-prepared pasta.
What about everyone else?
