Is "Easy Appetizers" an oxymoron? Maybe, maybe not. What do you think? A super easy appetizer is a ritz cracker with some olive tapenade smeared on top. Delicious. (I can hear the serious chefs out there moaning in disagreement on that one!) The point is, whatever ingredients you can think of, you can make an easy appetizer out of it.
