Helpful kitchen modifications...

I thought it might be nice to hear about any kitchen mods for accessibility. Since standing is a bit problem for many of us, I use a stool (in fact several are placed around the room) to sit on at the counter, sink, or to stir a pot on the stove! If I do get to needing a wheelchair, I will need to have a lower space to sit and cook. Possibly more renovation in the future...
