Yummy crusted chicken parm

This was a recipe that I got off of the cereal box, but jazzed it up to fit my family's taste.

Sadly, I never measure anything out, and my eyeballing is pretty good, but you may need to alter it a bit.

3-4 chicken breasts or tenders

3-4 c. corn flake cereal
parsley,
Thyme,
garlic powder,
oregano,
poultry seasoning,
2-2 1/2 c. flour
salt/pepper
3-4 eggs beaten with milk
1 lg. jar pasta sauce
1 (1lb) box noodles (any variety)

In large ziplock bag, add cereal and crush using rolling pin or any untinsel handy. Add to large bowl, add salt/pepper to taste and add garlic powder, and parsley.

Combine all the spices with the flour in large bowl and set aside.
In another large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt/pepper and garlic powder.

Line up bowls in this order: flour mixture, egg mixture, and cereal mixture.
Dip chicken in flour mix, shake off excess, dredge in egg mixture, shake off excess, dip in cereal mix and shake off excess; set on baking sheet or cooling rack to allow any extra to drip off.
Repeat with all chicken pieces.

Pour a small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of large baking dish. In one layer, place chicken in dish evenly, top with remaining pasta sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour to 1 hr and 20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

While chicken is baking, cook pasta according to instructions. In large dish place a small amount of pasta down and top with chicken. Spoon over a little sauce from the baking dish, top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
