Hello I'm Dennis and I love to cook. I've been cooking since I was a young teen and I'm now 58 years old. My parents were the first to get me into the kitchen showing me how to make classic Italian meat sauce for lasagna and I was hooked. I've worked in a number of restaurants doing everything from dish washing to line cook. I'm willing to try anything.Some of my favorites are BBQ, southern Italian, seafood and Mexican to name a few. Given the time I hope to share some of my favorites for you all.
P.S. I also make my own hot sauces and I'll include some af those recipes for you chili heads.

I also do Southern style BBQ catering throughout the warm weather season. New England just gets to cold to fire up the smokers past mid October. If I could I would but that's the way the smoke floats up here.
