Hello, Tiffanee! I hope we can exchange many recipes and ideas here. I enjoyed reading your profile comments - just two thoughts: 'never trust a skinny cook' and 'it is good to be fat in lean times', although you certainly appear to be just exactly right in your photo, Besides - we're cooks and cooks eat! I look forward to testing some of your submissions and hope you'll do the same - a few of mine are, in fact, somewhat 'healthy', or so I would have you believe. I am new to this site, love it and am very happy to have found such a warm and friendly place. It is very much like gathering with friends in a corner of a neighbor's cozy kitchen filled with all good aromas and the promise of meals to come. Best regards - Amos
