I'm Italian so of course I love to cook! I run a small Italian cookie business out of my home. But, I want to eat my way around the world and try everything! I also love to garden, and cook out of my garden. Nothing like it, so fresh!
I have four children and a wonderful husband, all who love to eat! There is always something cooking on the stove.
I'm always looking to learn something new in the food world, new places to try or a new crop to try in my garden.
I like to follow Chefs and foodies on web sites like this to keep learning. I believe myself to be a good cook but have so much more to learn.

My parents, who cooked mostly Italian but open our eyes to food around the world. My brother, Chef Michael D'Angelo who is a pastry chef. And of course my Grandmother and Grandfather who cooked us simple "peasant" food from Naples and Roma. Simple, fresh food was what I was taught to cook.
My Mother's parents were both from Sicily, so the food we enjoyed from Mom was very different from the food from Dad. Loved all of it!
