When I'm in the Philippines I live in Manila renting a one bedroom space with a co worker.Living as in take out foods, sometimes eating at small stall restaurants. I never cooked, or know how to cook Philippines foods. When I get married, & start to live here in Japan when i woke up in the morning, first thing was in my head is what i have to prepare for the day.
First, i start to work in a vegetable market, i learned the names of the vegetables in japanese (but i can't say it in philippines language because i eat but i don't mind the names of the vegetables. So I really don't know how to say it in tagalog.)
Second, every morning my mother in law teach me how to make "Bento" a lunch food of my husband.
Third, I have to cooked everyday for three of us. I have to looked at the cooking books.
As my job changes for some reason i find myself, from vegetables worker, to work at a grocery "Bento" section then, a Family restaurant (kitchen) then, now at the present, I work with a 200 patient nursing home, as a cook assistant.
