I am an at home cook and I suppose my cooking influences come from having to learn to cook at an early age. So I recall just being very keen on checking out every single cookbook that came my way. I am originally from the Midwest (Wisconsin), so I do quite well with casseroles and anything that has cheese in it. Currently though I do a bit of recipe re-work. Sometimes you get a recipe that is good, but not quite what your looking for . . . so I am known to rework those recipes to make them better.
I have a blog called Recipe-Go-Round (www.recipegoround.blogspot.com) that I actually created in honor of my Sister. She is always insisting that I give her my recipes, so I have a blog where I put the recipes out there for her so that she can have them whenever she needs them.
