I grew up in Germany where I did go to Culinary School, which I followed up with an apprentice ship in Classic French cuisine. While in Germany I cooked in a few different restaurants. Then it took me to the Caribbean where I cooked French Caribbean cuisine and I ended up in New York City cooking Pan Asian cuisine. New York is a wonderful City to cook and to explore new flavors.

Since my early age I was influenced by my mom. She was a great home cook. At the age of ten I knew I wanted to become a chef. Since I lived in Germany I was always influenced by the French. The Caribbean has inspired me to enhance French recipes with Caribbean flavors. When I came to New York I was attracted by the many east meets west concepts. I also discovered the love of pairing great wines with good food.
