Кулинарное влияние
I learned to cook from watching television. Starting with the Galloping Gourmet and Julia when I was 5 to the Frugal Gourmet on to Emeril, Mario, Bobby and Tyler. Along the way I began collecting cookbooks, 700 of them more or less and reading food mags with Gourmet being my first and favorite. Now that Food Network has become...how should I say this? Garbage and Gourmet is no longer Rely heavily on other food magazines and my cookbooks. Looking back though, I have to say, watching Emeril for his first 10 years on television taught me more about food, cooking and having enthusiasm for both than any other single person. It's unfortunate that he has been relegated to the Planet Green channel and publishing lame recipes in Martha Stewart's magazines but I still love him and will always be thankful for all that I learned from him.
