I am married and my wife and I share in cooking. My mother taught me to cook when I was at the age all the other kids played cowboys and indians, around seven. I have had no schooling in the culinary arts but I love to prepare foods in different ways. My specialty if there is one for me would be deserts and breads. I am by no means a professional but would like to know more ways to fix food for people. A co-worker in the warehouse I work is leaving tomorrow 10/08/2010 and I am going to fix him a noodleless vegetable lasagna using eggplant as the noodles and roasted vegetables with various cheeses between the eggplant plus spices. I would also like to meet Harrison Ford's son who is a Chef living in the Raleigh, NC area I think. I just love to cook. I welcome all advice.
