- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 med. size onion
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Combine the above in the order given. Mix thoroughly and form into small meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, then drain off excess grease. Combine sauce and pour over meatballs and continue baking for approximately 30 min.
