.%20I%20use%202%20very%20long%20strips%20of%20plastic%20wrap%20(I%20have%20a%20large%20commercial%20kitchen%20size%20plastic%20wrap%20from%20Costco%20so%20my%20strips%20are%20very%20wide.%20You%20might%20need%20to%20lay%202%20strips%20side%20by%20side%20if%20you%20are%20using%20the%20regular%20size%20rolls%20from%20the%20stores).%20One%20length%20wise%20&%20one%20up%20&%20down%20with%20about%206-8%20inches%20overhang%20on%20each%20side.%20I%20smooth%20out%20the%20plastic%20wrap%20so%20there%20are%20not%20a%20lot%20of%20wrinkles%20that%20could%20get%20caught%20in%20the%20soft%20cookie%20dough.%20I%20dump%20all%20of%20the%20cookie%20dough%20in%20the%20pan,%20cover%20it%20with%20each%20overhang%20of%20plastic%20wrap%20till%20it's%20completely%20covered%20and%20press%20down%20evenly%20and%20firmly.%20I%20happen%20to%20have%20two%2013x9%20inch%20pans%20so%20I%20place%20the%20other%20empty%20pan%20on%20top%20and%20that%20makes%20a%20nice%20even%20surface%20to%20really%20press%20on.%20I%20really%20press%20hard%20so%20the%20cookie%20dough%20in%20the%20pan%20is%20super%20compact.%20After%20I%20have%20pressed%20the%20dough%20down,%20just%20to%20make%20sure%20the%20plastic%20wrap%20did%20not%20get%20caught%20in%20the%20soft%20dough,%20I%20lift%20each%20overhang%20of%20plastic%20wrap%20off%20the%20dough%20and%20then%20lightly%20lay%20it%20back%20down,%20again%20to%20completely%20cover%20the%20dough.%20Place%20in%20freezer%20for%20several%20hours,%20or%20overnight%20or%20for%20a%20few%20days.%20After%20it's%20frozen,%20uncover%20the%20top%20of%20the%20dough,%20flip%20it%20upside%20down%20onto%20a%20cutting%20surface%20and%20peel%20away%20all%20the%20plastic%20wrap.%20Some%20of%20it%20might%20have%20gotten%20caught%20in%20the%20dough%20so%20peel%20slowly%20so%20it%20doesn't%20rip.%20Occasionally%20it%20does%20get%20caught%20and%20it%20might%20take%20a%20couple%20of%20extra%20minutes%20to%20completely%20remove%20all%20the%20plastic%20wrap.%20Take%20a%20large%20knife%20and%20cut%20the%20frozen%20dough%20into%20chunks.%20Place%20on%20parchment%20lined%20cookie%20sheet%20and%20bake.%20You%20will%20need%20to%20bake%20longer%20since%20dough%20is%20frozen%20&%20so%20compact.%20I%20cut%20all%20of%20my%20pan%20of%20dough%20into%20even%20chunks%20at%20once%20and%20then%20place%20back%20in%20freezer.%20I%20grab%20enough%20chunks%20to%20fill%20a%20cookie%20sheet%20right%20before%20I%20slide%20them%20into%20the%20oven.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
