- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. shredded coconut
Инструкции
- Cream shortening and sugars till smooth. Add in Large eggs and beat. Sift flour, soda, baking pwdr and salt together and add in to creamed mix. Mix well. Add in cornflakes, oats, pecans, and coconut. Mix till combined. Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Yields: 10 dozen.
