- 1 c. maple sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients together. Pour into the pie shell and bake till golden, about 25 min.
- Remove from oven and cold for 5 min before serving. Slice the pie into individual servings and serve hot.
