  • 2 c. Cooked swiss chard, (2 to 3)
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, (1 to 2)
  • 1 sm Clov garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 1 sm Onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  •     Crumbled cooked sausage and diced potatoes are optional

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil on medium heat and saute/fry onions and garlic until onions are glassy. Add in minced swiss chard and stir-fry until coated with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and onions. Add in salt and pepper. (Then add in sausage and potatoes if you like). Turn to low heat and stir-fry or possibly saute/fry until greens are soft and pliable. Serve as a side dish or possibly as a main entree with sausage and potato ingredients. Very tasty and nutritious.
