Around here lately I have been getting lazy. I can’t really say why, its just the way it is. But the weather is changing and the days are getting longer and well, it’s Spring time! Flowers are blooming and a whole new set of fresh produce is starting to arrive at the market.

Fresh green beans, such as haricort vert happen to be one of my favorites. I was excited to see them in the produce section and thought they would be perfect for a quick week night dinner.
