Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb cooked shrimp, cool
  • 1 whl egg
  •     Juice from 1/2 lemon
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Boetje's mustard
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pch Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 c. green onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. celery, minced

Инструкции

  1. Put egg in stainless steel bowl, add in lemon, salt and pepper. Whip till egg is frothy. Whip in extra virgin olive oil, will become thick. Add in rest of the ingredients. Toss shrimp into remoulade sauce till coated. Place coated shrimp in center of a platter and surround with assorted cut up vegetables
