1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 sm. onion, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon mace 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Инструкции

1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate cubed sirloin tip roast for several hrs.
2. Kabobs - tomatoes, onion wedges, green pepper, mushrooms, fresh pineapple chunks and sirloin tip roast.
