  • 1 pkt (6 1/4-ounce.) Golden brown Grain Fried Rice-A-Roni
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 can (16-ounce.) bean sprouts, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 c. Water

  4. Prepare Fried Rice-A-Roni according to package directions; cold. Beat Large eggs with 1 tblsp. soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked Rice-A-Roni, bean sprouts, and green onion. Drop mix by 1/2 cupfuls onto greased griddle.
  5. Brown on each side.
  6. Sauce: Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; cook till thick. Serve over Egg Fu Yung.
  7. Serves 4.
