Quinoa – Methi Pulao

Preparation:

Wash quinoa well, add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add onion + tomato + green chilies + methi leaves + cumin seeds and sauté well.

Add rasam powder + turmeric and mix well.

When the veggies appear to be cooked, add cooked quinoa and mix well with a spatula.

Add lemon juice + salt and mix well. Keep the flame on low for some time until the contents blend well.

Finally stir the contents well and turn off the flame.

Transfer the pulao to a serving bowl and enjoy with a cup of plain yogurt on the side or alone. Healthy, filling and Yummy!!
