8 potatoes, cubed 4 stalks of celery, minced 2 med. onions, minced 4 chicken bouillon cubes

2 c. minced ham 2 c. Velveeta cheese 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream 2 c. creamed celery soup

Инструкции

1. Combine potatoes, celery, onions, bouillon cubes with sufficient water to cook. Cook in slow cooker overnight. Then add in ham, cheese, lowfat sour cream and soup. Heat thoroughly.
