Рецепт Pizza Dip {Slow Cooker Monday}
by CookingLib

Pizza!!! Our family LOVES the heck out of it!

Which is why I MUST tell you about this recipe! When I read the title of it, I was intrigued. A pizza dip made in the slow cooker? Surely my eyes were deceiving me!

It is all the ingredients you would have on a pizza (minus the crust of course) jumbled all together in the slow cooker, then mixed with cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in the end.

The best part is....you can put all the veggies you want in it and it will STILL taste like a pizza! We loaded ours up with yellow peppers and green onions...and served it with carrots and broccoli. What a great way to get your serving of vegetables in ;)

Whoever came up with this recipe is a genius!

Don't take my word for it though, try it for yourselves and see ;)

(Serves 14)

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Mix pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, bell pepper, and Italian Seasoning in slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook low heat 3 to 4 hours or until mixture is hot.

3. Once hot, stir in mozzarella and cream cheese until melted.

4. Serve with broccoli, carrots, tortilla chips, or wheat thins.

***Libby's Notes: This recipe is meant to be for a 1 and 1/2 quart slow cooker. We have a 4 qt. slow cooker so when we made it, it only took an hour for the mixture to heat up. Keep this in mind if you have a bigger slow cooker ;)
