Ингредиенты

  • 38 ounce Cannellini Beans, can
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 ounce Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan And Romano Cheese
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 8 ounce Noodles, shells

Инструкции

  1. Drain liquid from beans and reserve. Saute/fry onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till onions are translucent/soft. Add in tomato sauce and bean juice, parsley, cheese and seasonings. Simmer 15 min. Add in beans and lower heat. Cook 10 min. Prepare pasta shells. Drain shells and add in to soup. Heat through.
  2. Can add in water if soup is too thick.
