  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 2 ounce Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 5 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

  1. CAKE: Cream together butter, sugar and Large eggs. Make a paste of cocoa and food coloring. Add in the paste to the creamed mix. Mix salt and vanilla in buttermilk and add in a;ternately with the flour. Mix soda and vinegar separately, add in last, folding in. Don't BEAT after adding soda mix.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 min. ICING: Boil together lowfat milk and flour till thickened. Let stand till cold. Cream together butter, sugar amd vanilla.
  3. Add in lowfat milk and flour mix and beat very well. (The longer you beat it the better it gets)
