  • 8 slc bacon
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly half and half
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  •     nutmeg

  1. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of greased pan, beat Large eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, then reduce to 300 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 min longer or possibly till knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let cold 15 min.
