  • 1 lb Grnd Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cumin,grnd
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Oregano,dry
  • 1 tsp Vinegar, white
  • 1 can Kidney beans, 19 ounce,liquid removed
  •     Cooked spaghetti,or possibly other pasta
  •     Onions,yellow, chopped
  •     Butter
  •     Cheddar,grated

Инструкции

  1. Brown grnd meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add in spices, tomato sauce, cocoa pwdr and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat liquid removed beans in water and drain.
