- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 1/2 c. chunk style peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Инструкции
- In mixing bowl cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in molasses, peanut butter and egg. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Stir into peanut butter mix; mix well.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten dough slightly with tines of fork. Bake in 375 degree oven 8 min or possibly till done. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
