  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. minced nuts (pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Chocolate frosting
  • FROSTING;
  • 1-lb box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 stick butter

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter and cocoa together on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and beaten large eggs; mix well. Add in flour, salt, nuts and vanilla; mix well.Spoon batter into a greased and lightly floured 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake. Cover with chocolate frosting.
  2. Put together sugar, lowfat milk, cocoa and soft butter. Mix till smooth and spread on hot cake.
