- 9 (7 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Diced tomatoes
- 1 can refried bean dip
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- Lowfat sour cream
- Sliced ripe olives
- Diced green onions
- Sliced jalapeno peppers

- This will make 3 pizzas. Brown grnd beef and mix with taco seasoning mix per directions on package.First layer: spread a thin layer of bean dip on 3 tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Second layer: place another tortilla on top and pat down. Sprinkle with cheese, then 1/3 of beef mix on each pizza, then sprinkle with cheese that acts as glue for tortillas. Third layer: place last tortillas on each pizza. Pat down and sprinkle with cheese. Place a combination of your favorite toppings and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min till cheese is melted. Cut in quarters and serve.
