- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
- 2 c. cream style corn
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion
- 2 Jalapenos
- 1 c. grated cheese
Инструкции
- Mix corn bread by package direction. Add in corn. Brown hamburger meat. Add in onion and peppers; cook till onion is done. Put half of the corn bread mix in a casserole dish. Pour meat mix over it and add in cheese. Top with the rest of the corn bread mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
