  • Dry beans (lentils),
  • pork ribs
  • onions,
  • carrots,
  • parsley,
  • potatoes,
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ground ginger
  • garlic
  • marjoram,
  • flour,
  • a little milk.

Инструкции

  1. Soak the beans the day before. The next day, boil in water with a new pork ribs and chopped onion. Choose cooked ribs, meat can drain. The cooked beans, add parsley and grated carrots, diced potatoes, salt, ginger and pepper. Tablespoon of flour mixed with milk and pour some into the soup (can be omitted). Everything to cook until tender. Finally, we put back the meat and season with garlic and marjoram. Similarly, we can prepare the soup with lentils. Lentils just soak the morning cooking and then add to soup as beans, cooked almost to the meat.
