Ингредиенты

  • 275 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Cloves garlic
  • 60 gm C. fresh basil
  • 5 ml Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper
  • 30 ml Pine nuts
  • 125 gm Fresh parsley

Инструкции

  1. Place the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and fresh basil in a blender and mix at high speed. Leave to settle for 15 min,
  2. Add in the salt, Pepper and pine-nuts and mix at low speed.
  3. Add in the parsley and some freshly grated vegetarian parmesan cheese to the desired texture and taste.
  4. Serve Pesto tossed with new potatoes.
