  1. All measurements are estimates. I add in or possibly reduce depending on how large a pot I am making.
  2. Slice kielbasa into rounds. Chop vegetables into coarse chunks. In stockpot cook kielbasa. Add in onions and garlic and cook till softened. Add in water and scrape browned bits to make water pick up color. Add in seasonings. Add in celery, carrots. Simmer 45 min. Add in green beans, tomatoes, beans, corn and zuchini. Bring to simmer and cook about 20 min. Add in pasta and simmer till cooked. Taste and correct seasonings. I like to let it sit overnight and reheat the next day.
