- 12 ounce No Yolk Noodles
- 1 pt skim lowfat milk (2 c.)
- 1 stk margargine
- 1 ct Egg Beaters (= 4 Large eggs) (Carol uses 1 whole egg and 6 egg whites)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb lowfat cottage cheese
- 8 ounce low fat or possibly nonfat Columbo vanilla yogurt

- Cook up and drain noodles. Heat together the lowfat milk and margarine, add in to noodles. Mix together the Egg Beaters and 1 c. sugar, add in to noodles. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Add in raisins if you want. Pour into pyrex casserole. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes crumbs (you can buy these already made). Bake 2 hrs at 325 degrees. For the last 1/2 hour to 20 min, cover with tin foil.
