Ингредиенты

  • Calves liver, sliced very thin
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Lowfat sour cream, lightly salted
  • Green onion tops, minced

Инструкции

  1. Dredge liver with Parmesan cheese, shaking off excess. Saute/fry gently in butter. When done, remove from pan and top each slice with a spoonful of lowfat sour cream. Sprinkle with minced onion tops.
