Ингредиенты

  • 20 x cucumbers(4 inch), (20 to 25) fresh dill garlic cloves powdered alum
  • 3 quart water
  • 1 quart vinegar
  • 1 c. salt grape leaves

Инструкции

  1. Wash cucumbers. Let stand in cool water overnight. Pack in warm sterilized jars. To each qt add in 2 heads dill, 1 clove garlic, and 1/8 tsp. alum. Combine salt, Water, vinegar; heat to boiling, fill jars. Put grape leaf on top of each jar, seal.
  2. Makes 6 to 8 qts
