Easy prep general purpose bbq sauce. It's a touch sweet, so good with pulled pork, or baby backs.

1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tbs. Worcestershire
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup corn syrup

1 small onion, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/2 tbs. chile powder
Tabasco to taste

Инструкции

Combine ingredients in a pot, cover, simmer 30 minutes.
Strain onions, discard.
Serve sauce warm.
About 4 cups.
