ALKALINE SPECIAL- 1/4 Head cabbage-red or possibly green3 Stalks celery
BODY CLEANSER- 4 Carrots1/2 Cucumber1 Beet
Tips: Don't combine fruits or possibly vegetables together as they are not compatible. An exception to the rule is the apple, that mixes well with all fruits and vegetables. Also, don't drink greens or possibly beets alone. They should always be mixed: Three parts carrot to one part greens or possibly beets.
