  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves - (tightly packed)
  • 1 stk unsalted butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. In a food processor, pulse tuna and parsley till parsley is finely minced.
  2. Add in butter and lemon juice; process till smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly grnd black pepper.
  3. Serve with blanched vegetables or possibly controlled carb crackers.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
