Name: Honey Coconut Doughnuts
Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 2 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. honey; 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 Tbsp. margarine; 1/2 c. fine unsweetened coconut; 1 tsp vanilla Granulated sugar for dusting

Ингредиенты

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 x Large eggs
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. fine unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla Granulated sugar for dusting

Инструкции

Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt into a bowl; set aside.
In another bowl, beat Large eggs and honey together till light and lemon-colored.
Add in lowfat sour cream and margarine and beat well.
Stir dry ingredients into egg mix till blended. Stir in coconut and vanilla. Turn onto a generously floured board. Roll out 1/3 inch thick and cut with floured doughnut cutter. Fry in deep fat heated to 360 degrees F till brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Dust with sugar immediately
