1/2 c. grnd leftover ham 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 teaspoon any mustard

Dash Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. bacon fat 4 Large eggs, fried

Инструкции

1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Moisten with a little water or possibly tomato juice if necessary to create into 4 flat patties. Brown quickly in a heavy skillet on both sides in warm bacon fat. Place onto 4 heated plates. Serve with fried egg.
