- 1/4 c. onion, grated or possibly finely minced
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1 T poppy seed
- 6 hard rolls, split
- Ham, sliced
- Swiss cheese, sliced
- Tin foil

- Heat butter and remaining ingredients. Spread the mix generously on both sides of hard roll. Put ham and cheese in the bun. Wrap each sandwich individually in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves 6.
