Ингредиенты

  • 1 graham cracker crust, baked
  • 1 env. plain gelatin
  • 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 sq. chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 c. cream, whipped
  • 4 drops mint extract
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • Green food coloring

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. cool water. Pour scalded lowfat milk slowly into sugar and egg yolks. Cook egg and lowfat milk mix in a double boiler, stirring constantly, till it starts to thicken. Take off heat and stir in softened gelatin. Take half of custard and add in melted chocolate; refrigeratetill partially set, then add in whipped cream; pour into crust and chill. Add in mint extract and beaten egg whites to other half of custard and pour over chocolate layer.
