- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon bottled warm pepper sauce
- Salt to taste

- In bowl, put together all ingredients. Blend well. Place mix on wax paper or possibly plastic wrap. Wrap and form into ball. Refrigerate for several hrs. Serve spread with crackers.
